About Us 
River Valley House is a guest house nestled among eight acres of trees and wildlife overlooking the Muskegon River, two miles east of Newaygo, Michigan. Relaxing and homey, River Valley House is the perfect location to discover west Michigan.   Outside of the River Valley House back door lies 375 feet of some of the Midwest's best salmon, steelhead, and trout fishing. Novice and expert anglers will enjoy goin' for the big one by wading, fly fishing, or boating. Guide services are available.   River Valley House has central air, three bedrooms, sleeping six to eight persons, with a full bath. Dining and kitchen areas are spacious. The comfortable great room includes a television, vcr, games, and puzzles for relaxing, or that occasional rainy day. Children will like the sunny playground and adorable playhouse. Grill your catch on the deck, share a campfire, listen to the pines whisper and watch the stars come out.
